Eng. Hesham Abou Elnasr is the visionary Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Evolving Buildings General Contracting and Interior Design L.L.C., a premier construction and design firm based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. With over a decade of progressive experience in civil engineering, infrastructure development, and project management, he has distinguished himself as a dynamic and forward-thinking leader in the UAE’s competitive construction landscape.
Over the course of his career, Eng. Hesham has successfully led a wide array of luxury villa and palace developments, delivering comprehensive turnkey solutions that seamlessly blend structural excellence with elegant interior design. His mastery of the full project lifecycle—from strategic planning and resource management to on-site execution and client handover—ensures precision, efficiency, and exceptional quality in every endeavor.
Before founding Evolving Buildings, Eng. Hesham held pivotal engineering roles in large-scale infrastructure ventures. Most notably, he served as a Site Infrastructure Engineer at China Harbour Engineering Company, where he played an instrumental role in the development of the Second Container Terminal Project in Ain Sokhna, Egypt. This high-level experience enabled him to gain a deep understanding of managing complex, multidisciplinary teams and coordinating high-impact deliverables under tight deadlines.
As a certified contractor registered with Abu Dhabi Municipality (Grade 5 Classification), Eng. Hesham has strategically positioned Evolving Buildings to cater to the unique needs of Emirati clientele, placing strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship, cultural alignment, and bespoke project execution. His leadership philosophy centers on integrity, innovation, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every project reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.
